Here you can find VIVE studies on how we can improve health and health care for both patients and staff. We are concerned with the physical and mental health of citizens and the institutions, organisations and initiatives aimed at creating better health in the population.

VIVE is concerned with the physical and mental health of citizens and the institutions, organisations and initiatives aimed at creating better health in the population. VIVE analyses and conducts research on all target groups – from unborn babies, children, adolescents and adults to elderly medical patients.

VIVE especially focuses on the organisations and institutions that work to create better health: hospitals, general practice, voluntary organisations, municipalities, regions, etc. VIVE also looks at finances, organisation and management in the health care sector, with a special focus on the perspective of citizens, patients and relatives.

The department is also concerned with the intersection between health and other parts of the public sector, e.g. social services, employment and education.
